I am interested what is the next step?
After a brief conversation over the phone with one of our team members an in home consultation and nurse assessment is completed. We write up a care plan that meets your needs and begin service.
Can I meet my caregiver before they start?
Yes, that is not only an option but we find it to be a good practice for all parties involved.
Are there daily or weekly hourly minimums?
No, we try to meet the needs of our clients no matter the situation. For shortened hours a higher hourly rate may apply.
Will my insurance pay for this?
For the most part no. There are some exceptions like someone who has a long term care policy or an accelerated death benefit rider on a whole life policy. Most of our clients are private pay.
Do you work accept VA benefits or Medicaid Waiver programs?
We do not but we would love to connect you with some local industry partners who do.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are a state approved RSA “residential service agency” level II credentialed to provide companion and personal care services. Additionally we hold a 1 million dollar general liability insurance.
Can my caregiver drive me in their car or mine?
Yes, additionally our care givers have an active driver’s license and automobile insurance.
