Our care person goes out of her way to comfort us. Although, we have regular scheduled hours, with proper notice, we can request times to fit our special schedules.

I contacted Justin on the Friday before New Year’s weekend and by that same evening, I was meeting him at my Dad’s condo to complete the intake. He had a 24/7 caregiver lined up to come the next day. And as if this was not enough, the level of care that he, his business partner/nurse and the caregiver showed to us was easily an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. They all truly cared about our family. They all felt like family to us by the time my Dad moved to an assisted living facility. Highly recommend.”

Justin promptly returned my call (even when he was personally on vacation), and took care of my needs. Chrissy was amazing when she visited us in the hospital. The team was incredibly understanding, emotionally intelligent, and flexible. Their staff member, William, was an A+ care provider. He provided relief while my family and I were exhausted in a difficult time. If you have an option to request help, William is a rockstar.

“Just-In Home Care was a lifesaver for my family! My deaf grandmother needed in-home care after a hospital stay and we had a very short timeframe to find someone reliable. Just-In Home Care stepped up and provided excellent care on short notice. Chrissy, the director of nursing came to the hospital at 7:00 on a Friday night to meet my grandmother to determine whether she would need personal or companion care.
The caregivers were attentive and made sure my grandmother felt comfortable and safe at home. They went above and beyond with their duties even helping us pack her belongings for the move to her new home at an assisted living community.
